All Phases and Sons Restoration is a local 100% family-owned and operated business based in San Clemente, CA. We have been providing homeowners relief in Orange County with 30+ years of experience in the industry.

Our services range from small dry-outs to extensive water damage mitigation. We also specialize in flood damage, sewer damage, and mold remediation. We are empathetic to whatever situation you and your property may be facing— and we are here to provide you the highest quality service with honesty and integrity.

About the Owner

Mark Mestaz, the owner of All Phases and Sons Restoration, has been a leading tradesman in Orange County for over 30 years. The Mestaz family has been apart of the community since Mark’s parents settled in San Clemente in 1959. His father, Charles Mestaz, began his own landscaping business, creating many of the beautiful landscapes seen today throughout the county. Mark sat beneath his father where he was taught the skills and family values he possesses to this day. After becoming a certified and licensed plumber, he began his first business All Phases Plumbing and Repair Services.

During this time Mark built many personal relationships with home and business owners as he provided excellent quality services throughout Orange County. He watched the county grow throughout the years and was apart of its development. He also established many connections with other tradesman, even helping them begin their own plumbing and restoration companies in the area.

The rich, extensive history of knowledge continued to be passed down in the family. Mark’s four sons could often be spotted on a job site beside their father growing up, learning the trades and the important values of family and quality workmanship.

The Family Business Today

Because plumbing and restoration go hand in hand, Mark began his second business of All Phases and Sons Restoration alongside his youngest son Charlie Rusty Mestaz, an alumni of Vanguard University with a Bachelors of Science.

Their combined knowledge of plumbing and restoration allows both father and son to provide customers comprehensive information and outstanding service to complete any job. Their wives, Rosemary and Alexandria Mestaz, are also apart of the family business, happily handling phone calls and other administrative needs. They look forward to assisting you!
